Ancak reel bazda bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ticari gayrimenkul fiyatlar\u0131 %0,5 oran\u0131nda hafif bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ya\u015fad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye genelinde, 2025&#8217;in d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011finde d\u00fckkan fiyat endeksi, \u00e7eyreklik bazda %8,5&#8217;lik bir art\u0131\u015f sergiledi. Y\u0131ll\u0131k nominal art\u0131\u015f %31,0 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, reel olarak %0,5 oran\u0131nda azald\u0131. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde, ofis fiyat endeksi bir \u00f6nceki \u00e7eyre\u011fe g\u00f6re %5,7 oran\u0131nda y\u00fckseldi. Ofis piyasas\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k nominal art\u0131\u015f %30,5 olarak belirlenirken, enflasyondan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f reel de\u011ferde %0,8&#8217;lik bir gerileme g\u00f6zlemlendi.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"widget-title mb-5 font-bold text-base\">\u00dc\u00e7 B\u00fcy\u00fck \u015eehirde Ticari Gayrimenkul Piyasas\u0131: Ankara Lider<\/h2>\n<p>\u00dclkemizin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerindeki ticari gayrimenkul fiyat endeksleri incelendi\u011finde, \u0130stanbul, Ankara ve \u0130zmir&#8217;de 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011finde fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 kaydedildi. Bir \u00f6nceki \u00e7eyre\u011fe g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul&#8217;da %7,8, Ankara&#8217;da %8,1 ve \u0130zmir&#8217;de %7,1 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015flar ya\u015fand\u0131. Y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde ise, \u0130stanbul&#8217;da %25,0, Ankara&#8217;da %36,5 ve \u0130zmir&#8217;de %31,3 oran\u0131nda kayda de\u011fer y\u00fckseli\u015fler meydana geldi.
