T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankas\u0131 (TCMB), A\u011fustos ay\u0131na ait “Fiyat Geli\u015fmeleri Raporu”nu kamuoyuyla payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n
Bankan\u0131n yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 raporun \u00f6zet b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, ekonomik g\u00f6stergelere ili\u015fkin \u00f6nemli de\u011ferlendirmeler dikkat \u00e7ekti:<\/p>\n
A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda t\u00fcketici fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 1,84’l\u00fck bir art\u0131\u015f kaydederken, y\u0131ll\u0131k enflasyon oran\u0131 0,24 puanl\u0131k bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle %31,51 seviyesine geriledi. T\u00fcketici enflasyonundaki bu seyrin ana belirleyicisi enerji fiyatlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimler oldu. \u00d6zellikle jeopolitik gerilimlerin etkisiyle Temmuz ay\u0131nda ba\u015flayan enerji fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f trendi, A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda akaryak\u0131t fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekmesiyle y\u00fczde 5,46’l\u0131k bir y\u00fckseli\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Hizmet sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ayl\u0131k enflasyon y\u00fcksekli\u011fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrken, motorlu yak\u0131t fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ula\u015ft\u0131rma hizmetlerine olan etkisi belirgin \u015fekilde hissedilmeye devam etti.<\/p>\n
Haberle\u015fme sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndaki y\u00fckseli\u015f e\u011filimi s\u00fcrerken, e\u011fitim hizmetlerinde vak\u0131f y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fccretlerindeki g\u00fcncellemelerin etkisi g\u00f6zlendi. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda genellikle Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda tek seferde uygulanan \u00fcniversite e\u011fitim \u00fccreti zamlar\u0131n\u0131n, bu sene kay\u0131t d\u00f6nemine paralel olarak A\u011fustos ve Eyl\u00fcl aylar\u0131na yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. \u00d6te yandan, kira, lokanta ve otel hizmetleri gibi baz\u0131 kalemlerde fiyat art\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n yava\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi. Temel mal enflasyonu ise nispeten d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelerde kalmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131. Giyim ve giyim d\u0131\u015f\u0131 temel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdeki pozitif tablo sayesinde, mevsimsellikten ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f temel mal enflasyonu y\u00fczde 0,58 gibi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir oranda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. G\u0131da grubunda ise Temmuz ay\u0131nda ya\u015fanan y\u00fckseli\u015fin ard\u0131ndan, \u00f6zellikle taze meyve ve sebze fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n olumlu katk\u0131s\u0131yla y\u0131ll\u0131k enflasyon a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir seyir izledi.<\/p>\n
K\u00fcresel enerji piyasalar\u0131ndaki geli\u015fmelerin do\u011frudan etkisiyle, yurt i\u00e7i \u00fcretici fiyatlar\u0131 A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda y\u00fczde 2,57 oran\u0131nda y\u00fckseli\u015f kaydetti. Bu durumla birlikte y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcretici enflasyonu 0,12 puan artarak %27,95 seviyesine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
