A\u00e7\u0131klanan verilere g\u00f6re, konut fiyatlar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki aya k\u0131yasla y\u00fczde 0,2 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterse de, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re nominal olarak y\u00fczde 29,0 y\u00fckselirken, reel anlamda y\u00fczde 1,4 oran\u0131nda de\u011fer kaybetti. Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f, Kas\u0131m 2025&#8217;te ya\u015fanan k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli y\u00fczde 0,3&#8217;l\u00fck reel art\u0131\u015f\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 21 ayl\u0131k reel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f trendinin Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda yeniden devam etti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor ve 2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 konut fiyatlar\u0131nda reel gerileme ile kapatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p>2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonunda, T\u00fcrkiye genelindeki ortalama konut metrekare fiyatlar\u0131 da netle\u015fti. \u00dclke genelinde 100 metrekarelik bir konutun ortalama fiyat\u0131 4 milyon 545 bin TL olarak kaydedilirken, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerdeki rakamlar dikkat \u00e7ekti. \u0130stanbul&#8217;da bu rakam 7 milyon 415 bin TL&#8217;ye, \u0130zmir&#8217;de 4 milyon 958 bin TL&#8217;ye ula\u015ft\u0131. Ba\u015fkent Ankara&#8217;da ise ortalama 100 metrekare konut fiyat\u0131 4 milyon 127 bin TL olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<h2>B\u00d6LGESEL KONUT F\u0130YAT ARTI\u015eLARI: ANKARA Z\u0130RVEDE<\/h2>\n<p>2025 y\u0131l\u0131 konut fiyat endeksi verileri incelendi\u011finde, b\u00f6lgesel bazda en y\u00fcksek y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer Ankara oldu. Ba\u015fkent, y\u00fczde 34,9&#8217;luk oranla konut fiyatlar\u0131nda en b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u00fckseli\u015fi kaydederek liderli\u011fi ele ge\u00e7irdi. Ankara&#8217;y\u0131 takip eden b\u00f6lgeler aras\u0131nda \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu&#8217;dan Nev\u015fehir, Ni\u011fde, Aksaray, K\u0131r\u0131kkale, K\u0131r\u015fehir, Kayseri, Sivas, Yozgat ve Do\u011fu\/G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu&#8217;dan Bing\u00f6l, El\u00e2z\u0131\u011f, Malatya, Tunceli, Van, Bitlis, Hakk\u00e2ri, Mu\u015f b\u00f6lgeleri yer ald\u0131. \u00d6te yandan, konut fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyede kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lge ise Trakya&#8217;da Edirne, K\u0131rklareli ve Tekirda\u011f olarak belirlendi.
